Marco recently joined his long-time business associate Dave Camp in starting up a small management consulting firm called Northern Star LLC focused on Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain. Marco and Dave have been working together for the past 5 years - first at Eaton, and later at NewellRubbermaid - where they both held a number of management positions in Supply Chain.

They are currently working on Northern Star's 3rd engagement, and the outlook is favorable; there seems to be a market niche that is not yet fully covered by the majors, in a time where total cost reduction and supply chain optimization are hot topics for most corporations and institutions.
